Alfred Weiss – Director of Operations

Al’s career began in 1991 when he started his own seamless gutter business which serviced his native home Long Island, NY and surrounding areas. Seeking change after 16 years in business, he relocated to St. Petersburg, FL and began working at The Renaissance Vinoy as a valet attendant.

Al was quickly promoted to shift manager and eventually assistant operations manager of the St. Petersburg/Sarasota market area which included overseeing properties such as The Renaissance Vinoy, Marriot Courtyard, The St. Petersburg Pier, The Museum of Fine Arts, The Sundial, All Children’s Hospital and Manatee Memorial Hospital. As his passion grew, he began staffing and organizing various private events throughout the Tampa Bay area. Al strongly believes in serving every person that he encounters and the valet industry has allowed him to do so faithfully.

 

T. Bullitt McCoun IV – Principal

Born in Tampa and raised in St. Petersburg, this Florida native is affectionately known by his middle name “Bullitt”. He is a graduate of Shorecrest Preparatory School and graduated from the University of Florida in 2000. Having been in the St. Petersburg market his whole life, he is enthusiastic about the recent development and economic growth downtown St. Petersburg has been experiencing.

Bullitt spent his previous nine years in commercial banking and this business to business sales experience has been invaluable to his knowledge base and network. Knowing the challenges business owners face and having the mindset that is centered on adding value has been the key to his success. As a principal and general manager of Select Valet, he is looking to create and add value to every client relationship. This core belief will be a benchmark for mutually beneficial partnerships.
